VIETSENS

Services of VIETSENS are:

•  Consulting services.

•  System installing and implementing services.

•  Maintaince and technical support services.

•  System insurance services.

•  System integrity services.

1. INSTALLING SERVICE

Installing service supplies the hardware equipment and setting up the configuration of software in accordance with the manufacturers' design and requirement, which assure the optimal and highly aggregative performance of the system. This service meets the customers' demand, from simple to complicated one, in installing network system.

Customer: This service is for the customers needing a complete network system, including a variety of equipment and interface.

VIETSENS's responsibility:

VIETSENS ensures tasks:

• Examining the design of network system.

• Installing equipment.

• Installing software.

• Checking to assure the stable operation of system.

• Supplying installing files.

2. SYSTEM IMPLEMENTING SERVICE:

System implementing service includes hardware equipment and software configuration installing services, and project management. There always has a project manager handling and supervising the whole system installing process, from the beginning to the end, assuring that the customer have:

• Highly aggregative system professionally installed

• Project perfectly completed without any interference in spite of the participation of many contractors at the same time.

This service is necessary to the customers having the demands of:

• A cleverly compound building system construction embodies many kinds of equipment, protocol with many different sorts of interface

• Professional project management but there is not any technical experienced experts in charge of the task.

VIETSENS's responsibility

VIETSENS ensures these tasks:

• Managing the project to ensure that the installing and implementing are in accordance with the design quality and the rate of progress.

• Investigating, checking the installing position as well as checking and defining the compatibility of the equipment designed.

• Installing hardware equipment

• Installing software and technical support in configuration upgrading.

• Examining all functions of the equipment and system; ensuring that they perform stably.

• Supplying installing files.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

VIETSENS's maintenance service is provided with a view to ensure the customers that the network system performs securely, boost benefit and efficiency.

With skilled and thoroughly educated engineering staff of Customer Service Center of VIETSENS, along with short period of time responding and resolving customer' requests speedily, maintenance service helps customers avoid serious breakdown making the system abeyant. Therefore, it helps customers save cost for running system.

This service is designed with 2 levels supplying services: 8x5 (i.e. 8 hours per day, 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday, excluding feasts) and 24x7 (24 hours per day, 7 days per week) with 4 hour/2 hour - response supported on the spot after our customers' request receipt.

4. DEVICES REPLACMENT SERVICE.

Devices replacement service supplies replacing devices (including component, accessories, …) within fixed time. The failed device will be replaced immediately in the following day or within 5 days according to the levels of service.

This service does not supply technical support (remote and on the spot), suitable for customers having skilled technical staff who can trouble shoot breakdown, install and configure replacing devices.

This service help customers reduce time the system is interrupted due to hardware breakdown.

There are 2 response levels since receiving requests:

 Devices insurance service NBD, supplied in the following day.

This service supplies replacing devices in the following day. The time receiving requests is 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including feasts (24x7).

VIETSENS ensures to send replacing devices in the following working day since receiving customers' requests with adequate information related to the failed – needing replaced - device. Replacing device will be sent in advance to trouble shoot breakdown in minimum period of time. Especially, we do not require you to send us the failed device before sending you the replacement.

After receiving and installing the replacing device, the customers are supposed to resend Customers Service Centers of VIETSENS the failed devices.

 Device insurance service FBD, supplied within 5 following working days.

Similar to Equipment insurance service NXD, this service supplies the replacement within 5 days since requests received with adequate information related to the failed – needing replaced - device .

The customers' requests are received 5 days per week (from Monday to Friday, excluding feasts), 8 hours per day (from 9 am to 5pm) (8x5)

5. SYSTEM CONSERVATION SERVICE

This service is built to offer the customers' network systems a perfect solution both technical support and maintenance services and hardware/software guarantee service.

This service ensures secure performance of network systems after guarantee period

This service includes the technical support and maintenance service and Equipment insurance service – supplied within 5 following working days.

6. TRAINING SERVICE

Information Technology man-power resources training and developing center of VIETSENS professionally trains man-power resources for Information Technology, especially communication network area.

VIETSENS training center ensures to create the pith and marrow values:

• IT knowledge provided based on top actual technology know-how once and now applied to communication network system nowadays.

• International quality of training with adequate fee and flexible training schedule.

• A chance to study equal to all learners by credit support and capital borrowing for training
